1. Day -
Dushanbe or Samarkand – Penjikent city

Breakfast.  Drive to Penjikent. The city of Penjikent ("five villages") is located in Khujand area of Tajikistan in a picturesque Zeravshan river valley. Quite possibly the five villages started the history of this remarkable city which originated in the 5th-8th centuries AD. Penjikent of that time was one of the most important cultural and crafts centers of Sogd. It was even named "Central Asian Pompeii".

Enjoy lunch at the national teahouse ‘Sayohat’ where you will have a chance to participate in a cooking class, learning to make the national Tajik dish.  

Museum of Rudaki – Penjikent is the birthplace of Abu Abdallah Rudaki, considered by many to be the father of Persian Poetry.

2. Day -
DRIVING AND HIKING: Penjikent city 60km - Seven lakes 70km

Breakfast. Drive to Marguzor lakes. Marguzol lakes:  Seven beautiful lake. The first lakes name’s Mizhgon (eyelash) - Multi-coloured, one of the most beautiful Marguzor lakes. The Soya (shade) second lake and third lakes Husher (vigilance) at height 1700м. The fourth lakes  name’s Nofin  length 3,5км, depth 70m. The fifth lakes Hurdak. The sixth lakes Marguzor - length of lake 5км, depth of 80 metres, height on a sea level 2139м. Seventh Lake-Hazorchashma (one thousand sources) at height 2400м, length 4,5км and depth 85м.  

Meet the mountains team. Short hiking to seven lakes. Dinner. Overnight in the tent. Enjoy a camp dinner and overnight camping.  Camping for one tent share two people, and possible offering single accommodation in the tent. Washing and toilet facilities in the nature.  There is no access to electricity here.

3. Day -
HIKING: Marguzor lake – Sarimat valley – 14km hike

Breakfast.  Hiking via pass Tovasang (3330m) Down to Sarimat (2300m). Picnic on the way.  Overnight in tent. Camping for one tent share two people, and possible offering single accommodation in the tent. Washing and toilet facilities in the nature.  There is no access to electricity here.

4. Day -
HIKING: Sarimat valley – village Bory 12km hike

Breakfast. Hiking via Sarimat valley to village Vory. Picnic on the way. Hiking to village Bory,  village located in the 1900m above sea level, in the mountains area, population about 1000, 120 houses. Construction of building reminds you of 18-19 centuries time. 

Enjoy dinner and overnight in a local guest house.  Typical Tajik house with traditional style in remote village. You will experience living with local family, sleeping in the traditional room. Sleeping accommodation shared rooms, it is possible taking a shower, but shared bathroom. In this village there is no wifi but there is electricity for charging telephones.

5. Day -
HIKING: village Vory - Khushtarita valley - 8km hike

Breakfast.  Hiking via Bory pass 2400m to Khushtarita valley. On the top panoramic view of Murgobi and Soya lake. Picnic on the way . Camping to Bedak camping place (2300m).  This area is surrounded by the mountains of Obshor, Kyrgon, Kantif, Ankyf, Sarpyshak. Explore and meet the families which live here for summer, sleeping in a traditional Tajik tent, looking after animals and making milk products. 

Enjoy a camp dinner and overnight camping.  Camping for one tent share two people, and possible offering single accommodation in the tent. Washing and toilet facilities in the nature.  There is no access to electricity here.

6. Day -
HIKING: Khushtarita valley – village Ghazza 8km hike

Breakfast. Hiking down to Ghazza village.  Gazza is a remote village, located 1700m above sea level, on the foot by Hamid and Obshor mountains, population about 200 people. Gazza is located in the Fan mountains. Walking and meet local people in the village, explore how the Tajik people live in the mountain areas. 

Lunch. Free time for taking shower and walking in the village.

Enjoy dinner and overnight in a local guest house.  Typical Tajik house with traditional style in remote village. You will experience living with local family, sleeping in the traditional room. 7. Day -
HIKING: Gazza village - Chukurak lake 12 km hike

Breakfast. Today’s hike is exactly the kind we love.  Hiking via Zurmich valley and Havra, the live place of Ancient Sogdian people, 

and pass to Chukurak lake. Chukurak lake is one of the amazing lake in Fan mountains located in the altitude 2300m. Picnic on the way. Dinner and overnight in the tent. 

8. Day -
HIKING: Chukurak lake – Kuli Kalon lakes 8 km hike

Breakfast. Trekking via Chukurak pass 3200m to Kuli Kalon lakes. Lake kulikalon (big lake) is situated at an altitude of 2,800m, and  is the second largest lake (after Iskandarkul) in this area. The lake actually consists of two lakes: bolshoi (large) kulikalon and maly (smaller) kulikalon, which are connected by a channel. The northern shore of the lake is indented with large and small creeks separated by capes and crevices. The lake shores are wooded. The water from maly kulikalon goes underground and emerges again 600m below as the Urech river. The water at the southern end of bolshoi lake is noticeably cooler than at the northern end where it is possible to swim, its color also changes near the shores, it looks as if the black bodies of dead animals lie motionless in the bluish-green water. There are marinka (schizothorax) fish in the lake. Kulikalon means 'big lake' in tajik.

9. Day -
HIKING: Kuli Kalon lakes – Alouddin lake – 12km hike

Breakfast. Trekkiing via pass Alouddin (3700m) to Alouddin lake (2700m).  The Alauddin lakes are a group of reservoirs upstream in the pasrud valley. all the lakes are situated on the steps of ancient and modern moraines. pure, clear water pours from one step into another and the level of water in the lake remains constant. there are no fish in the lakes. only the most experienced and adventurous will bathe in the water for any length of time since it is very cold. The Alauddin lakes are a group of reservoirs upstream in the pasrud valley. all the lakes are situated on the steps of ancient and modern moraines. pure, clear water pours from one step into another and the level of water in the lake remains constant. there are no fish in the lakes. only the most experienced and adventurous will bathe in the water for any length of time since it is very cold.

10. Day -
HIKING : Alouddin lake - Mutniy lake – Alouddin lake 8km+8km hike

Breakfast. Radial trekking to Mutniy lake (3500m), around the panorama of highest peak in Fan mountains Gimtarga mountain (5489m), Energy (5120m), Politechnikum (4400m) Zamok (4800m). Mutnye lake is a good base camp from which to attempt these cliffs. there is no vegetation in the lakes area; all that exists is rubble. Picnic near the lake. Come back to Alouddin lake. Dinner and overnight in the tent.

11. Day -
DRIVING : Alouddin lake - Dushanbe

Breakfast. Drive to Dushanbe via and Anzob pass and tunnel Isticlol 5km. On the way view of mountains and valleys with tajik villages.

Lunch.

Sightseeing the Dushanbe city: Dushanbe is the capital and largest city of Tajikistan. Dushanbe means "Monday" in Tajik (Persian language), and the name reflects the fact that the city grew on the site of a village that originally was a popular Monday marketplace. Situated at the confluence of two rivers, Varzob and Kofarnihon.

DEPARTURE : Dushanbe
