National cuisine training

This training was organized with the partnership of the  travel company “Panjakent Intour” Travel  and  USAID's Future Growth Initiative.

The purpose of the training was to teach skills in the preparation of traditional dishes. Coverage in general and the idea of raising the active participation of the female half is mainly housewives, girls who do not have higher education but possess cooking skills and use these skills to organize gastronomic tours. Gastronomic tours are very popular in many countries of the world. There are many culinary lovers in the world, tasting dishes that travel around the world to familiarize themselves with the traditions, culture and national cuisine of other countries.

Tajikistan is rich with traditions of preparing national dishes, such as plov (the main ingredient of rice), kurutob (layered cake), various kebabs (dishes from various varieties of meat and varieties of game), sambuses (layered dough with meat), various soups and other dishes.
