Village Voru

Village Voru is located at an altitude of 2000m above see level  on the Kishtud valley of the Panjikent region. Voru means open face, the word "Vo" means "Open," and "Ru" is face, since the village is located on the steps of the mountain. 

Kishlak Voru from the north borders with the village of Gazza 5km, from the south with the Sarymat valley, from the east of the village after a slight descent and walking along the Kishtud River, the Amshut valley opens, from the eastern part of the mountain with the Kantiv valley. Possible to rich  village  Voru by car from Dushanbe (210km), from Panjikent  city (65km), from Khudjant (310km), from Samarkand (125km). 

There are about 200 houses in the village with about 1,200 inhabitants. Village Voru is surrounded by the mountains of the Fan Mountains. The geographical location of the village of Voru in the Fan Mountains is also unique for organizing different types of hiking in mounains. 

Possible hiking to Khushtarita valley, to the Zurmich valley, then to the lakes Chukurak and Kuli kalon, hiking via Sarymat valley to the Marguzor lakes, via Archamaidan valley to Lake Pushtikul and  via Dukdon Pass to the Saritag Valley and Lake Iskandarkul, via Amshut Valley to the Bolshoi and Malya Allo Lakes.
